Loose Part with a Quiff

Loose Part with a Quiff:

What to ask for in the barbershop: Ask your barber to scissor cut the back and sides, leaving plenty of length on the top for your side part.

Explain that you like to wear your style textured and not too controlled.

Ideal hair type: Particularly good for medium-thick hair. Not great if you’re thinning or have a receding hair line.

Styled with: Uppercut Deluxe Matt Clay

How to recreate at home: Start with wet hair. Using a hair dryer and a Quiff Roller, set your style into the shape of your finished style. Make sure to focus on the fringe to get height into your style, then repeat along your part line.

Scoop a generous amount of Uppercut Deluxe Matt Clay and spread evenly across both hands – fingers and palms. Start by spreading product along your parting and then through your top section.

Finally, use your fingertips to lift your fringe and rake through from front to back. Be careful not to flatten your style as you go.
