Shipping & Returns
Uppercut Deluxe will ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders with an expedited shipping option placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time will be dispatched the same day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 1:00pm, PST will begin processing the following business day.
Free Standard Shipping
Uppercut Deluxe offers free standard shipping for all orders $50 and over.
New Express Options Available
In addition to Standard Shipping, Uppercut Deluxe provides the following express delivery options anywhere in the USA:
- Fed Ex Overnight Shipping (Next day delivery. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)
- Fed Ex 2 Day Shipping (2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)
- Fed Ex 3 Day Shipping (3 business days. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)
* Next day delivery does not include Saturday and Sunday. All timelines are in business days.

*Shipping to the Armed Forces (includes APO, AAO, AEO) will only ship via smart post and can take 10 to 30 days. There are no express options to these delivery addresses.
- Fed Ex will deliver your items within 1 – 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location in the US. The map below indicates estimated delivery times by state.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. The above estimated delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your order will be processed and the product will be dispatched by our warehouse. We work closely with our shipping partner (FedEx) to minimize delays in delivery of our products to you.
The delivery times provided are estimates only. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We shall not be responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address confirmation is given on the review and buy page in the checkout section of the site.
Change of Address
If an incorrect address is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact a customer care representative immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.
Acceptance of the Goods
You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault, damage, or defect, and notifying us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
