Uppercut Deluxe were there with local Scottish barbershop Badlands Barber Co - cutting, styling and keeping guys staying sharp all weekend! Badlands Barbershop is based up in Perth, Scotland, having been in operation for over three years and recently opened a new second shop in Glasgow. The new shop is in the west end, an awesome location that draws on the surrounding cultural influences of  fashion, art, food and music.

Barbershop Setup

When Grant from Badlands bought a Harley last year he spoke to the guys there about his barbershop and brand, and the seed for a potential collaboration had been planted. They kept in touch and supported the Harley dealership soft launch back in June this year and they were then invited to support a second major launch this September. The September weekend event unveiled new 2018 models, including the new Softail, Sportsters, CVO's and HD Street. There was a huge turnout all weekend, with guys from the HOG Group and the general public enjoying music, food and of course a brilliant team of barbers from Badlands Barbershop.

It wasn't just Harley Davidson fans that travelled in their droves to the event, a number of attendees had made the journey to get a a free cut and style from the notorious Badlands barbers and  to purchase Uppercut Deluxe products.

As you might expect many of the clientele still lean toward the classic slick back style, it was no surprise that Deluxe Pomade and Monster Hold were instant crowd favourties. The limited edition Easy Rider pomades created a lot of attention, with the limited edition graphic by Travis Price Illustration grabbing plenty of attention. The Badlands team cut and styled just over 270 guys across the two days and did an unreal job showcasing Uppercut Deluxe – great job guys!
